Jenny Elia: Talent and Development Senior Manager
CPA
As the Talent and Development Senior Manager, Jenny oversees the recruiting for the entire firm. She also assists with onboarding new hires and trainings for our professional staff. Starting with Copeland Buhl as an intern and having spent 10 years working on the tax and accounting side, she really enjoys watching new staff evolve in their role at CBCO and grow in their areas of expertise for the firm. Jenny is a Certified Public Accountant with degrees in both Accounting and Human Resources from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
